New Things To Work On For This Year: A variety of switch up grabs spinning forward or switch spinning. (Switch up grab meaning you grab and then switch to a different grab while still in the air) Also want to work on getting all four 1080s spinning both ways forward and switch. Double flips will be a huge accomplishment for this winter. I want to get them down at least before I go to the US Freeskiing Open. That way I'll have a better chance of getting into the finals and hopefully placing in the top 20. I also really want to spend some time in the half pipe training on getting my airs higher out of the pipe, learning more spins and flip tricks in the pipe and creating a solid run to bring to the competition. Rails I want to learn more pretzel variations(pretzel meaning spinning onto a rail on way and spinning of the rail the opposite way) and also spinning more on and off a rail. |
